Direct Action Community
Application support for leaders who want to use the system under real pressure.
The Direct Action Community will open in stages. It is being built for leaders who want more than content. They want structure, field prompts, scenario discussion, additional material, and a place to keep improving how they think, decide, communicate, and execute.
This is not open yet. TheĀ waitlistĀ hears first when founding access becomes available.
The courses teach the system. The community supports application.
Direct Action is built as a progression.
The Starter Sheet gives you a quick field prompt.
The blog helps you recognize the patterns.
Fast Track gives you the essential sequence.
Deep Dive gives you guided application through scenarios, worksheets, correction, and practice.
The community is the next layer. It is where serious learners can stay connected to the work, see additional examples, follow podcast material, discuss application, and keep improving after the lesson ends.
This will not be another noisy chat room.
The community will be structured around application, not random posting. The goal is to help people keep using the Direct Action System when pressure, friction, incomplete information, unclear ownership, and execution problems show up in real work.
Community will open in three layers.
Each layer has a different purpose. Start where the value fits your need and your level of commitment.
Free Brief
Observe the system.
Stay connected to Direct Action updates, blog posts, podcast releases, course openings, and occasional field notes.
This is the free layer for people who want to follow the system before joining a paid application level.
Ā
Application Lab
Apply the system.
The Application Lab will be the first paid community layer. It is for people who want expanded podcast notes, additional field prompts, member-only examples, downloads, and structured scenario discussion.
Founding access is planned around the DEPN release window.
Expected founding price: $15 per month.
Initial cap: 500 members.
Inner Circle
Get closer support.
The Inner Circle will be limited. This layer is for serious learners who want closer interaction, real-situation discussion, and direct support applying the system.
This level will stay small because access has to remain useful.
Initial cap: 25 to 50 members.
Planned community launch path
The community will not open all at once. It will open in stages so the value is real before access expands.
- Now: Community Interest List
- The interest list opens first. This lets people raise their hand before the community is live.
- June 1, 2026: CSA Fast Track Opens
- The first course opens. Community remains interest-list only while the first learner group begins using the system.
- July 1, 2026: CSA Deep Dive Opens
- Deep application begins. This is when the founding community waitlist becomes more important.
- September 15, 2026: Founding Access Window
- Target window for opening the first paid community layer around the DEPN release period. This is where situation reading starts turning into problem navigation, and application support becomes more valuable.
- October to November 2026: Inner Circle Review
- If the Application Lab has real engagement, the high-access layer may open by invite only.
Dates may adjust as the course pathway develops. The priority is useful application, not opening a room before it has a clear job.
This is for leaders who want to keep applying the work.
This may fit you if:
You lead people under pressure.
You are new to management or team leadership.
You want practical tools, not vague advice.
You want help thinking through real situations.
You want additional material beyond the free blog.
You are willing to apply the system, not just collect content.
This is not built for:
People looking for random motivation.
People who want instant access to everything for free.
People who want private coaching at community pricing.
People who want to debate without applying.
People who collect advice but do not practice.
What this will not be
This community will not be a dead chat room.
It will not be a place where people drop random leadership quotes and disappear.
It will not replace the courses.
It will not give away the full Deep Dive material for free.
It will not promise daily personal access to an unlimited number of people.
The purpose is application.
The structure exists to protect that purpose.
That is why each layer has limits. If growth starts weakening the quality of discussion, support, and application, then growth pauses.
Access will expand only as the value can hold.
Not sure where to start?
Start with the Free Brief.
It keeps you connected to community updates, field notes, blog posts, podcast alerts, and course release information while the paid layers are being built.
You can move toward the Application Lab or Inner Circle later when the timing and value fit.
