Direct Action Community

The Direct Action courses teach the operating sequence.

The community helps you keep applying it when information is incomplete, ownership is unclear, conditions change, and execution begins to drift.

Founding access is not open yet.

Join the Community Interest List to receive launch updates, founding access details, and the first opportunity to join when enrollment opens.

No payment is required. Joining the list does not commit you to a paid membership.

Training Ends. Pressure Does Not.

Learning a framework is one step.

Using it consistently when the work becomes unclear, urgent, constrained, or politically complicated is another.

The Direct Action Community is being built for leaders who want structured support after the lesson ends.

The community will provide a place to:

  • Review realistic operating scenarios
  • Use additional field prompts
  • Examine decisions and execution failures
  • Discuss practical application
  • Strengthen operating discipline
  • Continue developing across the Direct Action System

This will not be another general leadership chat room.

The purpose is application.

Where the Community Fits

Direct Action is built as a progression.

Direct Action Starter Sheet

Use a quick field prompt before the next decision, correction, handoff, escalation, or recovery move.

Direct Action Blog and Briefings

Recognize the patterns that create wasted motion, weak decisions, unclear ownership, spreading risk, and execution drift.

Fast Track

Learn the essential operating sequence for each Direct Action capability.

Deep Dive

Develop advanced application through scenarios, worksheets, guided correction, repetition, and practice.

Direct Action Community

Continue applying the system through additional examples, field prompts, structured discussion, and ongoing application support.

The courses teach the system.

The community helps you keep using it.

Three Levels of Community Access

The community will open in stages.

Free Brief

Stay connected to the system.

The Free Brief is the entry point for people who want to follow Direct Action before joining a paid application level.

The Free Brief will include:

  • Community updates
  • Course release notices
  • New blog posts
  • Direct Action Briefing alerts
  • Selected field notes
  • Founding access announcements

Price: Free

Status: Interest List Open

Join Free Brief

Application Lab

Apply the system with structure.

The Application Lab will be the first paid community level.

It is designed for leaders who want more than public content but do not need high-access advisory support.

Application Lab is planned to include:

  • Expanded field notes
  • Additional operating prompts
  • Member-only scenarios
  • Downloadable application material
  • Structured scenario discussions
  • Course-connected application support
  • Additional podcast and briefing notes
  • Continued practice across the Direct Action System

Planned Founding Price: $15 per month

Initial Capacity: Up to 500 members

Founding access is planned after CSA Deep Dive opens and enough learners are actively applying the system to support a useful community environment.

Final benefits, pricing, and opening details will be confirmed before enrollment begins.

Inner Circle

Get closer application support.

The Inner Circle will be the highest-access community level.

It is intended for serious learners who want closer interaction, more focused discussion, and support working through real operating situations.

This level will remain limited because access must remain useful.

The Inner Circle will not provide unlimited consulting or daily private coaching. It will provide a smaller environment for deeper application and closer support.

Planned Capacity: 25 to 50 members

Access: Limited and invitation-based

Inner Circle access will be considered only after the Application Lab demonstrates sustained participation and useful application activity.

Who the Community Is Built For

The Direct Action Community may fit you if:

  • You lead people, projects, programs, or operations
  • You make decisions under pressure
  • You are responsible for direction, ownership, risk, or results
  • You are new to management or team leadership
  • You want practical tools instead of vague advice
  • You want help thinking through real operating situations
  • You want additional application beyond the public blog
  • You are willing to practice the system instead of collecting content

The community is designed for leaders and operators across:

  • Retail, restaurant, and hospitality operations
  • Healthcare leadership and operations
  • Logistics and supply chain execution
  • Manufacturing and production environments
  • Public-sector leadership and administration
  • Project and program management
  • Small business and multi-location operations
  • Nonprofit and community organizations

Who the Community Is Not Built For

The Direct Action Community is not the right fit for people looking for:

  • A general social chat room
  • Random leadership motivation
  • Free access to complete paid courses
  • Private consulting at a community membership price
  • Unlimited daily access to Mikey K
  • Debate without application
  • More content without practice

The standard is simple:

Learn the system.

Apply the system.

Improve the next cycle.

Structured by Design

The community will be organized around application, not posting volume.

It will not replace Fast Track or Deep Dive.

It will not release complete paid course material inside a free membership level.

It will not measure value by how many messages appear in a feed.

The community will focus on:

  • Practical situations
  • Decision quality
  • Assessment
  • Obstacle navigation
  • Risk
  • Options
  • Ownership
  • Communication
  • Execution
  • Review and improvement

Membership limits exist to protect that purpose.

If growth begins weakening the quality of discussion, application, or support, enrollment will pause.

Access will expand only when the value can hold.

Planned Community Launch Path

The community will not open all at once.

It will open when the course pathway and learner activity can support meaningful application.
