Terms & Conditions
Effective Date:Â May 26, 2026
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is digital course content that can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or screen captured after purchase, all sales are final once access is granted unless required by law.
If the material does not click immediately, contact me. I will make a reasonable good-faith effort to help you understand where to start and how to apply the material within the scope of the product you purchased.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Direct Action System website, courses, downloads, community features, email content, digital products, and related services.
By accessing this website, submitting a form, downloading a resource, purchasing a course, joining a waitlist, joining a community, or using any Direct Action System content, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website, purchase products, access course materials, or participate in Direct Action System services.
2. Educational Purpose
Direct Action System provides leadership, decision-making, communication, execution, and operational thinking education.
The content is for educational and informational purposes only.
Direct Action System does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, employment, compliance, security, military, law enforcement, or professional advisory services.
You are responsible for evaluating your own situation, using your judgment, following applicable laws and workplace policies, and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.
3. No Guaranteed Outcome
Direct Action System provides practical frameworks, tools, examples, scenarios, worksheets, and instructional content designed to improve decision quality, communication, execution, and leadership discipline.
However, results depend on many factors, including your effort, judgment, experience, work environment, organization, authority level, available information, resources, timing, and the situation you are facing.
Direct Action System does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, business, leadership, operational, career, or organizational outcome.
There are no perfect decisions. The goal of this material is to help you make the best decision available with the information, time, pressure, people, and resources you have at the time.
4. Intellectual Property
All Direct Action System content is owned by Michael Karlowicz or Direct Action System unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Course videos.
Course slides.

Downloads.
Written lessons.
Frameworks.
Mnemonics.
Graphics.
Logos.
Training materials.
Blog articles.
Emails.
Community posts created by Direct Action System.
Product names.
System architecture.
Instructional methods.
You may access purchased or free materials for your own personal or internal professional learning.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, teach, license, transfer, modify, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit Direct Action System content without written permission.
You may not use Direct Action System materials to create a competing course, training program, workshop, coaching product, consulting product, curriculum, digital download, community, or paid offer.
5. License to Access Digital Content
When you purchase or access Direct Action System digital content, you are receiving a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal learning or internal professional development.
You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying content, intellectual property, course structure, teaching system, graphics, methods, or materials.
Your access may be revoked if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, share login credentials, distribute protected materials, or attempt to copy or commercially exploit Direct Action System content.
This language matters because digital products often involve access or license rights rather than ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Some jurisdictions, including California, have adopted clearer disclosure expectations around digital goods and licensed access. Â
6. Account Access and Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your username, password, course access, download links, community access, or paid materials with anyone else.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at:
7. Payments
Prices are listed at the time of purchase.
Direct Action System may offer different pricing based on access path, including public pricing and LinkedIn-connected member pricing.
Payment must be completed before access is granted unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments, or another approved payment processor. Direct Action System does not store full credit card numbers on its own systems.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
8. Pricing and Access Path
Direct Action System may use separate public and member pricing.
LinkedIn-connected people may receive member pricing when using the appropriate member access path.
Public buyers who arrive through public website links, cold traffic, or non-member routes may pay public pricing.
Unless otherwise stated:
Fast Track public price: $50.
Fast Track LinkedIn member price: $35.
Deep Dive public price: $100.
Deep Dive LinkedIn member price: $75.
If a learner purchases a matching Deep Dive first, the matching Fast Track is included.
If a learner purchases a Fast Track first, that Fast Track purchase may be credited toward the matching Deep Dive.
Credits apply only to the matching module unless Direct Action System states otherwise in writing.
9. Refund Policy
Direct Action System sells digital education products.
Because course materials, videos, downloads, worksheets, and digital resources can be accessed, viewed, copied, downloaded, screen captured, or otherwise consumed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once access is granted unless otherwise required by law.
No refunds are provided simply because:
You changed your mind.
You did not complete the course.
You did not use the material.
You purchased the wrong offer after access was granted.
You expected a different outcome.
You no longer need the material.
You failed to read the product description, checkout page, or access details.
You received access to the digital content and then requested a refund after viewing or downloading it.
Direct Action System may consider a refund or corrective action only in limited circumstances, such as:
Duplicate purchase.
Incorrect charge.
Technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts.
A legal requirement that requires a refund.
A documented billing error.
Refunds, when approved, are issued at the sole discretion of Direct Action System unless required by law.
10. Customer Support and Good-Faith Application Commitment
Direct Action System is built to be useful, practical, and applicable.
If the material does not make sense the first time or you are unsure how to apply it to your situation, do not simply walk away.
Contact us at:
We will make a reasonable good-faith effort to help you understand how to use the material within the scope of the product you purchased.
This may include:
Clarifying where to start.
Helping you identify the right module or lesson.
Pointing you to the relevant worksheet, tool, or section.
Answering reasonable course-related questions.
Helping you understand how the framework applies in general terms.
This support commitment does not include unlimited coaching, custom consulting, live access, personalized business advice, legal advice, financial advice, HR advice, emergency decision support, or work performed outside the scope of the purchased product unless separately agreed in writing.
Customer support is intended to help you use the product. It is not a substitute for professional advice, workplace authority, or personal judgment.
11. Subscriptions, Community Access, and Cancellation
If Direct Action System offers a paid community, subscription, membership, Application Lab, Inner Circle, or similar recurring product, the subscription terms will be provided at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated:
Subscriptions renew automatically.
You may cancel future billing according to the cancellation process provided through the platform.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior payments.
Access may end at the end of the current billing period.
Direct Action System may change, pause, limit, or close community access if needed to preserve quality, safety, structure, or operational control.
If a community or subscription includes capped access, Direct Action System may limit enrollment to protect the usefulness of the experience.
12. Community Standards
If you participate in a Direct Action System community, comment area, live session, group, or discussion space, you agree to act professionally.
You may not:

Share another person’s private information.
Post spam or unrelated promotions.
Share confidential, classified, controlled, proprietary, medical, legal, or sensitive information.

Use the community to recruit, sell, scrape data, or solicit members without permission.
Copy, export, repost, or distribute community content without permission.
Direct Action System may remove posts, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.
13. User Submissions
If you submit comments, questions, examples, scenarios, feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant Direct Action System a limited right to use that content to respond, provide support, operate the platform, improve products, and manage the community.
Direct Action System will not intentionally publish your private personal details without permission.
If you provide a testimonial, review, or public comment, you grant permission for Direct Action System to use it for marketing, sales pages, social proof, or educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
14. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the website, courses, community, or materials for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not:
Interfere with website operation.
Attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
Share paid materials with non-purchasers.
Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or mass download protected content.
Use the materials to train an artificial intelligence model without written permission.
Use the materials to build a competing product.
Misrepresent your identity.
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe intellectual property rights.

15. Availability and Platform Access

We make reasonable efforts to keep content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Access may be interrupted by:
Maintenance.
Platform outages.
Payment processor issues.
Technical failures.
Security events.
Internet disruptions.
Changes to third-party services.
Direct Action System is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, payment processors, or user-side technical issues.
16. Product Updates and Lifetime Access
Where a product includes access for the life of the course, this means access for as long as Direct Action System continues to maintain and offer that course in substantially similar form.
“Lifetime access” does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, the owner, the company, or any specific platform.
Direct Action System may update, revise, reorganize, replace, retire, or remove course content over time.
If a course is retired, Direct Action System may provide reasonable notice or replacement access where practical, but no permanent platform availability is guaranteed.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The website and course platform may include links to third-party websites, tools, payment processors, communities, video hosts, email platforms, or other services.
Direct Action System is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, security, privacy practices, payment processing, or terms.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, courses, downloads, community, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Direct Action System makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or suitability for your specific circumstances.
Direct Action System does not warrant that the website, courses, materials, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Action System, Michael Karlowicz, and any associated contractors, facilitators, instructors, contributors, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website, products, courses, downloads, community, or services.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not require a refund.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
